For instance, our fiberglass composite (FRP) material provides key advantages over RV grade materials used by other trailer manufacturers. FRP consists of a one-inch thick polyurethane foam core bonded to interior and exterior skins. These skins consist of a heavy fiberglass cloth/resin matrix bonded to marine plywood cores. The exterior is then finished off in a gel-coat, the interior with a resin coat. All components of the wall structure are permanently bonded together – no fasteners or seams.
